Greetings to you, our BITS ETC Community,
As we all know, 2020 has been a year of great changes. Pauline Meridien, BITS’ Executive Director, has announced that she is excited to be “releasing the reins” and retiring at the end of the year and begin her life’s next chapter!
Pauline poured her heart and soul into creating BITS in 2003 and developing it into an extraordinary therapeutic center these past 17 years. She has been far more than simply the Executive Director, handling whatever needed to be done for the staff, our clients, the horses, and the facility.
While change can be frightening, we cannot let fear stop us from growing, evolving, and progressing on what Pauline has built. With this in mind, we are happy to announce that as of August 10, 2020, Jaryn Hall-Haines will be transitioning into the Executive Director position. She has many years working with and leading nonprofits, and we truly feel she will be an exemplary Director for our organization.
Thanks to everyone for being a part of our wonderful organization. We look forward to many more years of providing our services to the community!
Be well.
Respectfully,
Ian C. Pahl
